Refund policy

Returns
    •    Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
    •    To start a return, customers must email us first at chaptersupply.com@gmail.com with:
    •    Order number
    •    Reason for return
    •    Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
    •    Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping
    •    Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    •    Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

 

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
    •    Custom or personalized items
    •    Sale or clearance items


Damaged or Incorrect Orders
    •    If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

 

Shipping Policy
    •    Orders are processed within 4–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
    •    Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
    •    Chapter Supply Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages
    •    Chapter Supply Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
    •    Please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.

 

 Order Cancellations
    •    Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
    •    After this window, orders are processed and cannot be canceled or changed.
